We will not disclose any information regarding our customers or visitors to the site to any third parties apart from where it is part of providing a service to you. This includes, arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research or when you have given us your permission to do so.
Refund Policy
At Blu Jay Hair we understand that sometimes a mistake can be made while ordering, which is why we provide a comprehensive and fair exchange policy. We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of products that have not been cut, tempered or altered. We take matters of hygiene and public safety series, due to this we do not allow used items to be exchanged for the safety of all of our clients.

Shipping & Exchanges
At Blu Jay Hair, we are committed to providing you the best! This commitment is not just for our products but our process as well. Your order will be processed within 2 to 4 business days. We only ship Monday through Friday, our standard shipping will take 3 to 5 business days to deliver. We recommend making your hair appointments with these time frames in mine. Orders must be placed by 12pm Central to ship out the same day. No shipping on weekends or holidays.
Please note we only offer exchanges for orders that have been processed and shipped. To receive credit for your exchange, the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it. For information, please email us at blujayhair@gmail.com
